Welcome to the Plans of Work (POW) Web site. The plans of work describe Penn State Cooperative Extension's major educational program plans for the next five years based on local needs. This site provides information on current Plans of Work (FY2005-2009) and the previous POW. The new College of Agricultural Sciences Planning and Reporting system (CASPAR) has been designed as a college-wide reporting system and serves as a web-based repository for the POW programming efforts reported by educators.
